A gentle and playful, trauma-informed yoga + mindfulness series for children ages 3–6 and the caregivers who love them

Each 10-minute class is a playful yet powerful blend of movement, mindfulness, and emotional skill-building—designed with your busy day in mind. Rooted in trauma-informed care, social emotional learning, and the latest in brain-body science, this series helps your child build emotional literacy and body awareness from the inside out.
